1. Try before you pay
Every Med4One plan starts with a free trial. We encourage you to use the trial period to confirm the suite fits your pharmacy or clinic before subscribing — no payment details are needed to try it.
2. Refund window
If the paid Services do not work as described, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first payment on a new subscription. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. What is refundable
- First-time subscription payments within the 7-day window.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges for the same billing period.
- Charges after a confirmed cancellation date.
4. What is not refundable
- Renewal payments after the 7-day window of the renewal date has passed.
- Charges for periods in which the Services were actively used in production billing.
- One-time services already delivered (data migration, on-site training, custom setup).
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; the Services remain available until the end of the paid period. Your data can be exported before or after cancellation on request.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@med4one.com from your registered address with your business name and payment reference, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 99806 81844. We respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
