3. Accounts and responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate business information (including GST and drug-licence details where applicable) when registering.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to: reverse-engineering or copying the software; reselling access without authorisation; uploading unlawful content; or using the Services in violation of applicable pharmacy, drug and data-protection regulations.
5. Your data
Your business data (sales, stock, customers, prescriptions) belongs to you. We process it only to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter.
6. Medical disclaimer
Med4One software supports pharmacy and clinic workflows but does not provide medical advice. AI-generated content (such as scribe drafts, safety checks or restock recommendations) is assistive only and must be reviewed by a qualified professional before acting on it.
7. Intellectual property
All software, design, logos and content of the Services are the intellectual property of Med4One and are protected by applicable laws. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited right to use the Services as intended.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Med4One shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
